Amy and I are off on our travels tomorrow – excited would be an understatement! We couldn’t leave without throwing a farewell brunch for some of our nearest and dearest. If you’re planning on hosting a brunch and need some menu inspiration – read on!
Our guests were welcomed with a berry and banana smoothie served in wine glasses – how every brunch should begin. Canapes included crisps, veg and dip and olives served with UNICORN cocktail sticks.
We then served a feast consisting of bagels and toppings, a fruity quinoa salad, tomato and mozerella salad and avocado salad.
And for the main attraction – shakshuka (similar recipe can be found here).
It’s safe to say no one left hungry!
