FODMAP Cornwall

Last week my friend Amy and I took a trip down the long, windy (and extremely narrow) country roads to spend a few days in the lovely Cornwall.

FODMAP Cornwall

It was my first time visiting Cornwall so we made sure we saw as much of it as possible. I was pretty blown away by the scenic views and at times couldn’t believe I was still in England.

We enjoyed long walks,

great views,

seaside juices,

and treated ourselves to some seriously fine dining.

If you happen to find yourself anywhere near Padstow I would really recommend saving up and paying Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 a visit for a meal you won’t forget. We finished off the meal with a fairground themed sharing plate (or cart). Although it wasn’t entirely FODMAP-friendly (I allow myself a cheat meal when on holiday), it was seriously delicious!

Any Brits yet to go to Cornwall should get planning a visit this summer. It’s totally worth the journey and completely postcard perfect.
